Hey, I’m Mark, but everyone calls me Happy Bob!
I’m a multi award-winning passionate storytelling, photographer and videographer, with over 20-years of photographic experience.
Based in Peterborough, UK – although I do travel all over the county and to destinations if needed – I will go to the ends of the earth to ensure your precious moments are documented, ensuring you’ll be able to replay your story over and over.

As a documentary-style photographer, I don’t stage or interrupt those moments – I gently blend into the day, capturing it as it naturally unfolds. The result is a collection of honest, artistic images that tell the real story of your wedding, exactly as it happened.
You’ll be able to look back and feel the emotion, the atmosphere and the connection all over again – not just how it looked, but how it felt – allowing you and your loved ones to return to that perfect, special day for many years to come.

Having been a professional photographer for over 20-years. I like to capture those little ‘never-to-be-repeated‘ moments in time that allow you to keep forever. I do this by using natural light, so I become much less obtrusive, as I don’t direct or dictate. This allows me to portray the day as it naturally unfolds.
Other than the odd, pre-planned traditional group photo, I spend the majority of the day photographing real and meaningful moments between family and friends.
Weddings are full of short lived moments and so my style wholly allows me to remain in the ‘heart of the action’ without impacting on the day’s atmosphere.

Mark is an artist – his photos from our big day are breath-taking, and we were extremely touched by the candid moments he managed to snap without anyone noticing!
Mark was in comms with us from day-1; he made sure the booking and planning process was extremely straight-forward and he checked-in regularly to ensure we would get what we wanted.
Mark put everyone at the wedding at ease and was able to bring genuine smiles to our faces with his infectious sense of humour – this made for some wonderful photographs in return!
